We have begun harvesting our Davidor culinary shallots. These are strictly for the kitchen. If you want dividing shallots for planting, please see our 'French Red' listing.
The 'Davidor' shallot is a popular, robust, elongated variety known for its savory flavor, easy-to-peel coppery-red skin, and cream-coloured flesh with lilac rings. Delicious!

These will store for approximately 3 months. Longer keeping types will be added in February.
