Silverskin soft neck, pink blushed cloves also known as Spring or Pink Garlic. TE MATA KEEPER has moderate to strong taste. High Brix. 12 to 15 medium sized cloves per bulb. Available mid Dec to end Oct. Plant in July/Aug for best results.
